Where we deliver

Checkout accepts a United Kingdom address. That covers England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, including the Scottish Highlands and Scottish islands.

Delivery outside the United Kingdom is not offered.

Cost

UK delivery is complimentary. Checkout has one delivery option, and the price is £0.

Dispatch

Payment is taken at checkout in pounds. We prepare the order after payment is confirmed, then hand it to a tracked UK courier.

We email you when the order has left us.

How long

After dispatch, the courier delivers to that address. Any timing we give is an estimate. We do not offer a guaranteed delivery date.

Tracking

When the courier provides a tracking reference, we email it to the address used for the order. You follow the parcel on the courier’s page.

If the courier cannot deliver

The courier follows its own redelivery process. If the parcel comes back to us, we email you.
