Returns & Refunds
Last updated: 3 October 2026
Change of mind and faulty goods are different. If you cancel an unwanted order, you pay the cost of posting it back. If the goods are faulty, REEVEAR pays. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Your rights
When you buy goods from REEVEAR online, you have legal rights relating to both changing your mind and goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described.
These rights are separate, and this policy does not reduce or replace your statutory consumer rights.
Change-of-mind returns
For most goods bought online, you can cancel your order without giving a reason.
You normally have 14 days from the day after the goods come into your physical possession to tell us that you want to cancel.
Where an order is delivered in separate parts, the cancellation period normally runs from the day after the last part of the order is received.
After telling us that you want to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
To cancel an order, contact us:

reeveartechadmin@gmail.com
Telephone:

You may also use the cancellation form included in our Terms & Conditions.
Condition of returned goods
You may handle goods as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in much the same way as you would in a shop.
If the value of the goods is reduced because they have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary, a deduction from the refund may be permitted where applicable.
Any statutory exceptions to the cancellation right will only apply where legally applicable to the specific goods.
Return postage
If you cancel because you have changed your mind, you pay the cost of posting the goods back to us. These goods can be returned by post.
Tell us that you want to cancel, then send the goods within 14 days to:
REEVEAR LIMITED
62 Washway Road
Sale
England
M33 7RE
Keep proof of postage until the refund is made.
If the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you do not pay that postage. Contact us before you send them. REEVEAR pays the reasonable cost of that return.
Refunds
When you validly cancel an online order, the refund generally includes the price of the goods and the cost of the standard delivery option you selected.
If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we only need to refund the cost of the standard delivery option.
We will normally refund the payment using the original payment method.
Where goods are being returned, a refund may be withheld until the goods have been received back or you have provided evidence that they have been returned, whichever happens first where permitted by law.
Refunds will be made within the applicable statutory timeframe.
Faulty, damaged or not-as-described goods
This is different from changing your mind.
Under UK consumer law, goods must generally be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If goods do not meet those requirements, you may have legal remedies that are different from the statutory cancellation right.
Within 30 days
If goods do not conform to the contract, you generally have a short-term right to reject them within the applicable 30-day period.
Where that right applies, you may generally be entitled to a refund.
If you believe an item is faulty or does not conform to the contract, contact us before returning it so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
After 30 days
After the short-term rejection period, you may generally have the right to request a repair or replacement.
If a repair or replacement is not possible, fails, or cannot be provided within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience, you may have a right to a price reduction or final rejection and refund, depending on the circumstances.
Your statutory rights continue to apply regardless of any voluntary REEVEAR returns policy.
Returning faulty goods
If goods are faulty, damaged or do not conform to the contract, please contact us before returning them.

REEVEAR pays the reasonable cost of returning goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Proof of purchase
We may ask you for reasonable evidence that the goods were purchased from REEVEAR, such as an order number, receipt or other proof of purchase.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes or limits your statutory consumer rights.
In particular, nothing in this policy removes or limits rights relating to:
- cancellation of qualifying online orders
- faulty goods
- goods that are not as described
- goods that are not of satisfactory quality
- goods that are not fit for purpose
These rights are provided by law and are separate from any additional returns policy REEVEAR may offer.
